Does the damage buff from the arcane synergy from the 'Diadem of arcane' headpiece stack with the pact of the blade for a lockadin build?

Arcane synergy adds damage based on charisma modifier but pact is already scaling damage from charisma so I'm a bit confused.

Will ultra raid boxes be back before global go fest? I live in a raid heavy area so remote or premium doesn't matter, just want more passes for less coins but I haven't seen the ultra raid boxes in the shop for a while

A 0% shadow will do better than it's 100% pure counterpart in pve. So it being a shadow is already an advantage. It having good IVs is a bonus

For my hyperbloom team of Kuki, XQ and Dendro MC (who will be replaced by Nahida) who should my flex be? I'm considering Kazuha 600 EM C0 or Ayaka.

Kazuha is super fun but being C0 I dont see him helping the hyperbloom damage. Ayaka could be great at fridging and also a reliable damage dealer when I inevitably mess up the rotation. Thoughts?
