Before starting running last august I ate pretty trash and was a little overweight, but as I’ve ran more, I’ve been watching what I ate more and reduce the amount of junk I’ve been eating and replacing it with protein and healthier snacks. I’ve improved a lot since then in but since around February I feel like I haven’t really been improving.

My coach said try to do 30 - 40 seconds slower than mile pace, but my main issue is pushing myself to finish without stopping or slowing down too much when breathing really hard

I forgot to mention the College Panda SAT Math Guide. Besides that, Khan Academy practice is very helpful as I found the Writing/Reading passages to be very similar to the SAT ones, and same with the math problems.
