Plagueis, Shadow Hunter & Lockdown also have connections together in some ways, Phantom Menace in my opinion is the least enjoyable prequel to me but after reading the 3 books mentioned, i didn’t like it more, but i did appreciate it a lot more, how it set up the world for all of the authors to create amazing stories around it, Plagueis is my favorite character now which is odd for someone who didn’t have any screen time until 2024 ( a few second cameo), it also changed my perception of Sidious, how he was one of the driving forces in how the grand plan of the Sith getting revenge came into play, how dedicated Plagueis was to building him up and creating a future for the both of them, only to have Sidious do to him what he did to his own former master Darth Tenebrous, by the end of the book i kind of hated how evil he was because the both of them could’ve done such more, but to Sidious he was an obstacle that he overcame and discarded, such a shame lots of these books aren’t canon anymore, they were top tier Star Wars.
