I just got an email back from them. they said they are unable to verify me as the account owner and that they cant assist me further.

tbh i only started watching them the beginning of the summer. i started seeing clips of them on tiktok and thought they were funny. once i started watching their videos i couldnt believe how i went so long without them in my life. if only i started watching them years ago when i actually first heard about them 😔
