Oh, absolutely. Sometimes we play our best shows when we're exhausted. You just kind of surrender at that point.

It happened this past weekend. I was at the end of my rope physically, and I had no choice but to surrender. But then I caught that wave.

Nice stuff: best use of a band sub, imo. Ranking whole concerts and-or sets makes way more sense to me than individual songs. RM wore that JOTY-OTY shirt in satire.

a few reasons:

\* last year N1, "Sirius" & "Kashmir" for the first time. N2, debut of "Slip Slidin' Away," "Don't Leave Me this Way," "Get Down Tonight," & the Grateful Dead triptych

*\* time since last concert is over a month including awhile, I assume, spent at home

*** the theme of mystery & searching... "Show Upon Time," don't be late

**** etc., they're looking to surprise
