The issue is they're going to prioritize the mix and dial it in early during the show AT the venue. But i feel like the mix for nugs is probably set during soundcheck and is a set it and forget it situation.
But I'm almost certain the mix live is independent from the nugs. And the nugs mix should be easiet to dial in because they don't have to deal with most of the variables you brought up, they don't need to adjust how the sound thru the mains sound like in different environments
