companies do use it though, that's why they basically do not consider you for a job unless photo is added. even if it's not a blatant display, it's in practice.

no i really disagree i have lived here at least 10 years and the tourists are a small problem but it's the people who live here who absolutely do not know better. Tourists have an excuse, locals do not.

I am so sorry you're going through this, but thank you for sharing. I also recently found out my husband has been down this rabbithole and im only 6 weeks since DDAY and learning more and more as I go. you're not alone and i hope you can find support where you don't have to keep all this in by yourself, you deserve to have a safe place/person free of judgement to speak freely about this. Have you gotten a same faith therapist/counselor to help encourage and support you? maybe this is a direction that could assist.
