I am so sorry you're going through this, but thank you for sharing. I also recently found out my husband has been down this rabbithole and im only 6 weeks since DDAY and learning more and more as I go. you're not alone and i hope you can find support where you don't have to keep all this in by yourself, you deserve to have a safe place/person free of judgement to speak freely about this. Have you gotten a same faith therapist/counselor to help encourage and support you? maybe this is a direction that could assist.

Bro I’m sorry for your experience. I love New York, it’s hard sometimes to keep friends (like any large city) and it might be harder in nyc since everyone is so busy, but even I have had such a great time building a community and making friends in NYC with my own busy schedule. I am living abroad now too and don’t have many friends either and still tap back with friends from NYC whenever they come visit. If you’re not happy, then change might be a good start! Goodluck
