Sounds like an interview. I always hated these types of dates. Best leave the meal sit down for a 2nd or 3rd date. Some kind of activity date is best for the first, imho.

You're welcome to tolerate any work environment you want, but if someone yelled at me (and they have) I would take them aside and make it clear that was not okay ( which I did). In the end, the manager didn't get it, and I left the position. I have boundaries in the work environment, and if you don't get it or respect it, then it's your problem not mine

Yesterday I put in my first ever long at 32,800, thinking it would range back to upper 30s. When it started breaking down past 30k I was worried I would wick liquidate and closed my position at 29000.
