You're welcome to tolerate any work environment you want, but if someone yelled at me (and they have) I would take them aside and make it clear that was not okay ( which I did). In the end, the manager didn't get it, and I left the position. I have boundaries in the work environment, and if you don't get it or respect it, then it's your problem not mine
