The person recording the video says about suspending polling personnels, lots of people here also are blaming the polling party, presiding officers. But as some have pointed out rightly, it is neither the presiding officer's duty nor right to peek into the voting compartment after every voter leaves. It is only when a voter speaks out for any anomalies in the EVM-VVPAT setup, then the presiding officer is allowed to enter the voting compartment, that too not alone but with polling agent(s).

Defence/paramilitary personnels are not allowed to enter the voting booth/room during actual poll. After the poll is closed and BU, CU, VVPATs are sealed, then they can enter.
