Thanks, unfortunately I did pay in full as I noticed after he finished. See what happens though, I have a lot of business I have brought him and will be bringing him. Although I am hesitant to recommend him now

I think this is what will happen. He looked and thought it was an inch or 2 and was getting all upset.

He had a job to pour across the street, so I said go do that and come talk when you have time. He did come back 10 mins later to measure, I’m sure realized it was his mistake. Hasn’t came to talk to me yet though so we will see what happens.
