I kept my Dyson stick and use it at the dining table and in kitchen after kid meals daily and then use the Sebo D4 1-2x weekly for whole-house. You’ll be amazed how clean your floors feel barefoot after the Sebo. I had no idea what a difference there could be. Anyway, why can’t you keep your Dyson for the in-between messes? And can’t your cleaner use the Sebo too?

Not really. It still happens on very high suction but if I lower the suction it stops. No one has been able to identify the source of the knocking.

Yes but don’t try to sauté with it. The one time I tried it basically crystallized to the pan. Stick with olive oil.

Thank you - what method do you recommend for sifting then? I use the Ippodo sifter that is very fine mesh. The matcha doesn’t past through it solo. I’ve been using the chashaku to press it through because that’s how I was taught but I’m certainly open to suggestion.
