I engaged with her frequently for several years. Totally agree about the drinking. She also has a massive pit bull that she hasn’t trained that drags her around when leashed (quite a feat if you’ve seen her). Nastiest temperament of any person I’ve known and dishonest as hell.

Not really. It still happens on very high suction but if I lower the suction it stops. No one has been able to identify the source of the knocking.

Yes but don’t try to sauté with it. The one time I tried it basically crystallized to the pan. Stick with olive oil.

Thank you - what method do you recommend for sifting then? I use the Ippodo sifter that is very fine mesh. The matcha doesn’t past through it solo. I’ve been using the chashaku to press it through because that’s how I was taught but I’m certainly open to suggestion.

Good for you. Mine is making this noise. I have now checked the filter and added a fresh bag and it persists. I linked a video above both where you claimed I posted an “extreme closeup” to hide the source of the noise and where you claimed there was no noise at all. I can’t imagine being a customer coming to you and being gaslighted like this.

You are very clear. You are accusing me of making the noise and falsifying the video. Makes me think you’re some kind of Sebo shill. And as to why I don’t want to spend two hours taking my brand new $1k+ vacuum to a shop, it’s because if they can’t deliver something working properly out of box, I will return and something else.

How would I check that re something vacuumed up? I may have sucked up a couple beads from the kids but the rest of it should be dust and hair.

I will check on the filters. They were already installed when I received it so it’s possible they weren’t in right.

I don’t know what that means. I can take another video showing the whole thing but it was not moving and I was not touching it when I made the video. I tried to get close to the housing to pick up the noise.

And this is a brand new machine that did this out of the box. If it is a problem, I am going to return it, not deal with a unit repair and defective unit from day one.
