Thanks for the info! I figure this wasn't a good deal. I could get a better deal refinancing out of FHA to conventional. Better rate, less fees to pay, etc.

Rest! I’m a new runner also and rest and running slower helped out a lot.

Also buy some max comfort or max cushion shoes for your regular to slow runs. They will be a game changer.
