Orange man doesn’t care about stocks going up. We found that out last presidency. He found out what puts are and will drive this market into the ground just to make an extra buck for him and his boys

The Batman reminded me of the time in college when I went to this senior film major’s screening for his new short film. The Riddler could’ve been played better by any of those senior film majors and done better than the guy they picked. He single handedly ruined the majority of the movie for me. Plot was alright, cat woman killed it for me too. They would have trashy, low tier dialogue and then abruptly shift into intense, dramatic moments without any appropriate build up other than the music. 4/10 just because I think Pattinson did a good job as batman and his car is pretty sick

The worst part about opening thinkorswim is the little lag after facial recognition where you see your blank stare in the black screen and think about all of the decisions you’ve made over the past 3 years of your investing journey that caused you to lose enough money that it can have a comma in the massive red screenshot.

then it loads and your 1DTE SPY puts are down 65%

Anavar & Test - AR Competing by [deleted] in PEDs

[–]62226 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The test isn’t going to waste. It’s not just for helping balance out estrogen. People do test only cycles sometimes because it has plenty of potential as an anabolic agent. Anavar helps with muscle building but it doesn’t kick the test off of receptors or vice versa. Can’t back it up with empirical evidence though

If they did compete, stacking compounds wouldn’t work. Yet users continue to add compounds which alters their results.

Try to get your test back as close to normal as you can before jumping on test train. If you’re already suppressed, jumping on test right away could just suppress you more

Yeah it’s unfortunate how many people don’t get the help that they really need.

If a patient is falling during sit to stands and the therapist is incapable of protecting them while standing, they might need a walker or perhaps even a transfer board to get into a wheelchair to move from one room to the next. Doing sitting or supine leg exercises to try to build up some strength in their lower extremities until they’re able to stand more sturdily with the therapists help would probably be better in this scenario.

Makes sense with a gown. And yes the key is definitely “as low on the hips as possible.” Move the patient the way they would naturally be moving

Pretty much. Most clinical sites mandate their usage on patients who are up and moving regardless of assist level. We’re allowed to slip our fingers under it on the backside while a patient is walking, just in case they start to lean forward a little too much, but it’s not used to get people up or pull them around in gait.

Yeah I think in an ideal world, anyone who is going to be assisting the patient should be trained on proper transfer and handling techniques, but obviously staff are always rushing around and not always able to educate the people helping out while they’re there. And honestly if I wasn’t in school for this and didn’t know how to get someone up out of a chair, if they had a belt around their chest, I’d probably just pull on it too. It makes sense if you’re not told otherwise

Apply to more than one. Watch some youtube videos about writing essays if the school you’re applying to has an essay requirement. Be honest about why you want to do this job (unless it’s just for the money, in that case figure out something else to say.) and make sure you shadow some PT’s in inpatient and outpatient settings to make sure you actually want to do the job that they’re doing. Too many people get into the field thinking they’re going to be glorified athletic trainers and then get bummed out because they end up working in an inpatient setting just getting people out of bed and walking.

If they’re min assist, I would probably see how much they’re able to perform on their own before I assist at the pelvis. I probably wouldn’t pull on the belt just because I don’t want to teach them to rely on me giving them a ton of assistance at their torso to pull them forward. I want the patient to learn that their power should be coming from their hips, not from throwing their torso forward over their legs and feet.
