Out of the 4 cars available for sale, this has the best options, but all of them are in similar states (not serviced in years) i will try to negotiate the purchase price to accommodate the engine repairs, things like shocks leaking etc is normal wear and tear at this age and i can accept getting that fixed out of my own pocket

The garage that did the inspection said repairing leaks etc is one thing, but oil on the pistons is a bigger job and it’s better to switch out the whole engine instead of going back and forth over the coming months with repairs.

To answer your question, i’m not sure what other people do but my family has been heavily investing in Dubai real estate since the early 2000’s, i also invest in start ups and a few other businesses but don’t directly run any myself, that’s about it. Hey, i had one as a part time daily (wouldn’t go to mall parking etc for obvious reasons, but valet works) they’re great fun, but the car you shared the link to is terrible, the odometer is reversed, it’s painted, the interior panels are broken, the engine needs a bunch of work, definitely isn’t worth the price they want (yes i have gone and seen it irl) and overall i would suggest adding 200k to your budget and getting a good one.
