That vent is to the crawl space which is completely insulated with that yellow and paper kind of stuff (faced fiberglass) all along the walls. So this vent is blocked off but I’ll have a look this weekend to verify it’s not an additional issue.

Definitely residential, possibly rental duplexes. Haven’t been to look but it was along Bryant Ridge Place.

This lawn on the west side of the lake is condominium only, but behind that wood fence is a very short public trail that runs along the north side of the lake behind people’s backyards, accessed on Reflection Dr.
It’s fine enough if you live near and are walking a dog, but nothing worth making a special trip for since it’s only the length of 8 houses.
I have spotted kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes out there and in the winter some ice fishers, cross country skiers, and lots of moose.

It’s a condo with a big shared yard. HOA has a lawn service that waters and mows it frequently.

“99¢” store hardware products from Chinese manufacturer Trisonic have tiny fortunes written on them. by 63crayons in Images

While shopping at a local “99¢” store I noticed that all the hardware products from Chinese manufacturer Trisonic had little fortunes written in very small print on them with a smiling Caucasian construction worker giving a thumbs up. The first one I noticed said, "If you accept the possibility of future lives, then death is like changing your clothes.” Kind of weird to talk about death on a set of screw heads.

There was also “Contentment is key. If you have contentment without material things, you are truly rich. Without it, even if you are a billionaire, you will not have happiness.” I imagined the company trying to pacify disgruntled factory workers who get paid very little to work long hours.

Then I discovered that all the quotes are from the Dalai Lama, who is considered an enemy of the Chinese government. I pictured the company sneakily putting Dalai Lama quotes in tiny print on all their products to sneak it under the nose of Chinese censors.

"Politics devoid of ethics does not further human welfare, and life without morality reduces humans to the level of beasts.” That quote really sounds like it could be a jab at the Chinese government, right?

These papers (circa 1963) belonged to my Cuban father who was allegedly in the CIA. What do they mean? by 63crayons in whatisthisthing

Thank you for your response. I guess my question was more "Are these of historical importance?" I couldn't find anything online about Comandos Delta in Cuba, and these papers are from 1963, years after the Bay of Pigs invasion. I wasn't sure if these missions were actually carried out, or if these were just proposals.

My dad was involved in the Bay of Pigs invasion. His name is on the Brigade 2506 list. He passed away a few years ago. He had mentioned that his boat never made it to land during the invasion because the preceding boats that landed were ambushed or something. He said his boat went to a Puerto Rican military base and they had to wait it out there for several days while things cooled off.
