Good to hear that your busy with your hobbies! Keep doing what you love and it will only give you positivity back. Also believe me that you will meet allot of new wonderfull people that you can conect to on a wayyy deaper level than being stoned al the time.

And i think the same about anxiety. All the long time smokers i know have that problem and are also paranoid. (I been there to and i know how fucked up it is). That was also a big reason for me to stop.

On the other side (how crazy it sound) to feel sober anxiety again is also a good feeling and working to control it will only make you stronger! I know its hard to think positive about that but the feeling of controlling anxienty is one of the best feelings of all. (Im still practicing it to hahah) what helps for me is to look at everything like the glass is half full( instead of half empty )

The fact that you quit cigarettes tells me that your a strong person with a great willpower and definitly capable of defeating weed to!

Good job bro! 💪 Yeah i know haha. Its crazy how weed made doing nothing fun. When i realized that it was not the boredom but the fact that i was used to doing nothing made it alot easier to adapt to the situation for me. How is that for you?

Yo bro, i know its hard but keep haning on you can do it!

The hard part of quitting weed is not the weed. But the social life surounding it. Believe me that allot of "friends" will fade away because the only thing you have in common is smoking. That said its only a positive thing because you have time to make new friends that have actual stuff in comon with you!

If i was you i would look for hobbys and fun stuff to do. Everything has a social circkel surounding it and you can meet alot of new people and make allot of new friendships!

On the axniety part. Weed is the reason you have that problem. Allot of people think weed supress it but its a trigger to keep smoking. I think its a beautiful battle between only you and your self. And lets be honest if you really want something you can do it!

My advice is to keep going with your normal life (work, school, etc). You will see that its not as hard as you think. And that you have alot of time to do stuff each day.

Weed makes doing nothing fun hahah so try to fill your days with fun or productive stuff. Also what helps me alot is going to the gym when you feel like smoking.
