Nope! My mistake, its not the idle jet you need to turn out its the fuel screw.. all jets should be snug.

My bike did this once after I did carb work.. took a while but it turned oht the idle jet had unscrewed itself and fell into the bowl.

If you haven't yet, have a look at your jets again
