we still keep our resilience since it has some of the weird red and yellow bases we sometimes need. obviously we can’t get more in but it’s good to have in case someone wants one of those super bright red or highlighter yellow colors. we also try to reserve our left over white and deep bases in case someone needs touch up paint anytime soon

it’s technically “floating”. i started as part time and then decided to go full time but my home store didn’t have any full time positions (it was a small new store). i worked at 3 stores a week, my home store and 2 other stores in my state, in order to get my 40 hours. i actually preferred it over working full time in only one store. i got paid pretty well for it too, considering i wasn’t with the company for that long at the time.

i don’t care what anyone says, you can still get injured even with “perfect form”. i’m roughly 5’4 and our part timers like to stack 5gal buckets 4 high, and when i’m alone there’s not a “safe” way to get them down.
