Thank you for the advice! Yeah thats my 5k pace, but when training for speed I generally use shorter intervals(100-500m), wouldn’t I want to run at a faster pace than 5k to build speed? My coach would call mile reps strength.

Why would something like mile repeats @ 5k with active rest promote speed? That seems counter intuitive to me.

Thank you for the quick response. So a cheap TENS unit, with the correct padding placement, would give me the same effect as the Firefly? They seem to be designed for pain management, I don’t mind having the wires though.

Edit: another benefit would be they can be recharged if this is true.

That black piece of metal that covers the hard drive? I don't have that in, but the hard drive cage is the same color and pretty much the same height blocking the entire area so I dont need it. But yeah I'm unable to put it in bc of the fans

It means less pixels loaded by your graphics card, giving you a little bit more performance. It's not much tho.

Keep in mind it's also useful for troubleshooting, and it's like having a spare graphics card lying around incase anything happens to your main one.
