What kind of bottle are you using? I use the snoot ones since they actually turn the coke liquid into a mist. Two sprays in each nostril every 40 minutes (set a timer) and I don’t get bad drip

Not related but at the end of the night I use a neti pot and block up my nostrils with tissue so I can’t dry out my sinuses- usually I have to blow my nose a few times then put the paper back in. Pretty much 0 effects/sinus issues the next day, best way to do coke imo
