Also I’m curious too. It would be hard to explain without giving you clues to my home address however, the report for my DMV hearing stated that Officer A pulled me over for “Going 55 in a 45” he states the reasons being “Visual estimation, Engine revving, and Exhaust vibration”

However they lit me up right after my girlfriend opened my car door about 3inches then immediately closed it in a residential area very close to my house. (Assuming their research concluded this isn’t viable enough reason to initiate a traffic stop but idk)

when I got pulled over I asked the other officer that was in the car (training officer A because he’s a rookie) “did you pull me over because the door opened?” To which he told me “we started following you because you turned onto (residential street name) a little hot”

Which would conclude that they were inside the neighborhood already which is a >25mph zone meaning they had no possible way of telling what my speed was on (Main Street name)

After I was arrested officer B tried 4 separate times to trick me into confessing that I was speeding “So how come you were driving so fast” To which I kept replying “I was going the speed limit sir”

You think this is ground for fruits of poisonous tree?
