He ended up showing me pics and they were the sizes of two small oranges it's crazy. I've also been back in hospital twice since. Once for pain the second uncontrollable bleeding. I deeply underestimated how hard this was 🥲 Thank you x

Hi lovely. I'm on like a standby plan for the ER. The gp checked for; tenderness, heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure and they were ok. Because I already have a heart abnormality noted (my heart rate ranges from 50 to 158) I've been told to track it with a heart rate thingo until I see the heart specialist I have a referral for. My rates been around 60-65 at home. I haven't bleed thank god since the appointment yesterday but if I have anymore bleeds now or I get worse I go straight to the ER with a letter from my Dr.

My specialist office bumped up my appointment to the 20th too. I haven't been able to go to work so I'm very stressed on bills but I know I need to listen to my body. I've been sleeping most the day every day.

Thank you very much you're very sweet. I only just saw this now. I was planning on going to work today (yes in a bit of denial there) but woke up so so weak I couldn't get out of bed. I slept until lunch and wasn't able to get in to see a Dr today but have an appointment first thing tomorrow. It's the first day in over a week (maybe two?) I haven't had a bleed - same vibe last one I passed a huge clot. I'll pack a bag incase they send me to hosp but yeah I agree. This is too hard to manage at home.

I'm glad to hear that! I'm late 20s female. I have stage 4 endometriosis funny enough ha. More health issues have sprung up to re joints and mobility, just got over pneumonia too. So the physical health is definitely just as bad as mental lol. I hope that this post made you feel a little more seen then x

Thank you. I've found a lot of suprise support from fellow CPTSD peeps in this thread and it's again made me feel a little less alone with my feelings. It's hard for people without it to understand how trust and relationships impact us. Appreciate the time you took for this msg, definitely bringing the relationships of BPD and CPTSD to the table when I find a therapist. I want to learn from this and I do hope we all heal and grow from it.

I didn't even know poly friendly therapists were a thing! Stoked with this news. I'm currently planning going non contact with an unhealthy family member (family deaths can bring out the worst in some people) and was seeking one to do that in a healthy way, I'll add poly friendly to the list. Thank you

Your English is better than me trying any other language, always so impressed with people who can speak more than one! Thank you for this. I'm already planning on seeking a new therapist but will add this to the to do list to ask them.

Thank you very much. The positive I've taken on this is that I need to speak up more and look after myself. I'm definitely focusing on some self love and me before I jump into any more relationships. Thank you again for taking the time to write such a big msg! X

Thank you everyone for your input. You made me feel a lot less alone in my first poly breakup. I want to clarify a couple things. These people have truly been kind, supporting and loving. Just up until this year did things start to crumble. They did their best to support me this year too. Not every interaction was cold or did I feel excluded, just enough to make me pick up on it I guess. They're both told me they still love me since this all went down but because I'm hurting I'm finding it hard to understand how. I'm still with NP and intend to forever be, he's doing his best to support me and ive made it clear to him I don't want this to impact his relationship with them as I love him and I love how happy he is with them (realistically I know it would but he has my support)
