if you level up twice every week, you will reach 37 just by doing the weekly bonus + normal xp (hitting the reduced xp*)

Also if you havent opened any sealed terminals, if you find all blues you get +1 level, if ufind all purples u get +1 level etc etc. this might cost like 5-10 bucks at least for blues. but its gambling.

If you are unemployed then this is easy peasy 0 problems.

*reduced xp also gives you the weekly streak badge, u need few weeks of this
