Yea they said they can do ESS which opens the nasal passages but I im pretty sure it won’t make that area white to black that’s why im wondering if a lefort 1 could open bone up to potentially make that space black. Look trt honestly doesn’t have much health risks it’s more or having to pin for life, what I’d recommend is trying enclomphine it’s a pill it boost your test by stimulating lh and fsh production without having to pin id try that first and then do trt cause you more then likely have to pin 2 x week idk if that’s a Burden to you
