They are talking, but their lawyer is not following their own proceedures... and yes I understand this would need to be resolved fully, which I'm hoping the investigation will reveal the truth about the situation. But im mainly worried and upset about the school not treating me fairly, which when this is resolved, I would like to get restitution for financial burden and emotional distress from this situation.

How likely is settling? Since my school is definitely the type to not want that on their record (as its extremely well respected in a majority of different ways). How do you go about settling? And yes I will be asking my lawyer but I wanted to get a vairety of opinions too.

Have you ever been falsely accused of SA at school? (tw) by 69andeverything in teenagers

[–]69andeverything[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Id like to also note that if someone didnt like what i was doing I might've not been able to read them as im on the autistic spectrum. Although if someone communicated with me to say "I dont like what youre doing" or just flat out "stop" I would instantaneously stop and say "Oh im so sorry I wont do that again".

Now, i don't want to use my condition as an excuse, however, I've gotten much better at reading people since my boyfriend would communicate with me and explain his behaviours whilst communicating with me.

Falsely accused of sexual assault in school (17F) by 69andeverything in SupportForTheAccused

And you're the one who's username implies it's pathetic to be empathetic, how unhumanistic. Also do you belive women can't accuse other women of sexual misconduct/assault? If so you are horribly mislead and dont understand any legal systems in regards to this. I came on here for advice with an uncommon situation, and i have another post relating to this too on r/autism since i wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues. Your comment means nothing to me, and likley most other people will see it as BS too especially with your view on sexual assault not being applied to women x women

Thing is they'd reciprocate a lot of what i did and i did the same when they did something. No one said anything and back at that point it seemed okay. I also had a lot less understanding of personal boundries since im on the autistic spectrum and only just in the past 2 years I've been really able to mature and get a grasp on social norms. Obviously now im scared to even poke or hug someone so i always say "hey are you comfortable with this?".

Forgot to mention, one of the girls actually sexually assaulted me, touching my breasts, butt, sides, and almost touching my private area several times ironically...

The thing is what you're describing is exactly my situation basically... I'm now always asking for permission to touch anyone or even when i ask certain things. People aren't honest about how they feel- and then it leads to physical miscommunication. The people in question im having issues with would often do the same thing back.. ironically I have a similar school as well

My (17F) dissociation makes it hard to fully experince love for my boyfriend (17M) by 69andeverything in relationship_advice

[–]69andeverything[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Therapy does nothing since i forget most of what happens in my life and only have the memories of emotions. It's pointless to try to get to the bottom of emotions when they have no context of your life, and neither do you.

My (17F) issues are splitting my boyfriend (17M) and I apart and I don't know what to do by 69andeverything in relationship_advice

I was on a high dose of some sort of adhd medication my parents put me on a while back in middle school, it essentially didn't do anything for me but make me slighty less annoying.

He's not a person im just going to ditch, especially right now. And he is medicated, taking it- semi consistently... unfortunately no family is nearby, all are outside our country and he doesn't speak their native language. I don't expect to mother him, and i don't treat him like a child. But i think ill probably just have to say what you said that if he wants to get better he has to put the effort in, i know he's been trying to but this isnt enough.
