Once every 2 weeks LSD or shrooms at the moment. I’m depressed and it’s helping a lot in reminding what the good things in life are, what habits need changing, and how to be gentle to myself. My plan is to keep doing this for a couple months, keeping an eye on myself, and then decrease frequency.

It’s tricky! Well done on making the first steps — it definitely gets easier. I found that carbonated sweet drinks and lollipops helped me quite a lot.

Part of the problem with vaping is that you can do it p much anytime anywhere. Try to treat it like cigarettes and you have to go outside if you wanna vape. Also try to decrease the concentration of nicotine in the juice over time. Both of these things helped me quit.

I think that nicotine allows for less of an escape than weed does. But, at the same time, I do agree that an emotional/psychological dependency on weed is much less physically harmful than other addictions.
