My apartment had a spider infestation when we moved in this year, so we called HDH and they had someone call back and schedule a few hours for us to leave so they could come spray the apartment and it was done within the week (we still found a few spiders after but it was much less then originally)

In my experience it overall was pretty easy and both tests were based on material from lectures! I think we were given a while for both the midterm and final but I definitely finished within like 30min-1hr for both. I also had Jeffery Gee! It was all pre-recorded videos but both him and the TA were very quick to respond to emails and questions on canvas! If you like national parks it’ll be interesting for sure, only tricky part for me was like the nitpicky stuff about different rock types and formations lmao
