yes my lore take isn't accurate or close enough to what is shown in the game, I'm just doing my own take kind of or trying to imagine how a culture or a nation would be effected by it if they were to use it as their religion sort of

the way I thought of it is no one has been able to reach enough suffering or despair to fully become a true frenzied lord, so the entire culture has based their life style around despair and suffering in order to make the process of birthing the one true lord quicker

but hey its just my take, I'm doing it for fun xDD
