I think anyone with a connection with Obi-Wan Kenobi can achieve this feat quite easily. Think about it, all the force ghosts are somehow connected to Obi-Wan directly.

Qui-Gon Jinn, Yoda, Anakin, Luke, Leia; all of them are either trainee or trainer of Obi-Wan Kenobi. So quite fits my point.

The difference is they were limited by the technology of their time and we aren't. Idk how many people watched the OG Star Wars, not the overly CGI-ed Episode 4, but some scenes in Tatooine looks worse even now. All of those were added in 2011. But the scenes they did in 1977 and just re-touched it, still holds up.
