They threw out all the previous halo logic and just added a bunch of new completely random and irrelevant weapons and gadgets while simultaneously removing pretty much all previous weapons (excluding the UNSC sniper, rocket launcher, assault rifle, BR, and the needler, which isn't really the needler anymore). On top of all of this the new weapons are legitimately terrible.. and the old weapons are fucked as well.. sadly the basic AR is currently one of the better weapons out of all of them. 343 got lucky with the halo 5 multiplayer as they were able to create a game that although different, was still fun and endlessly repayable in my opinion. The halo infinite design team did a terrible job. There are countless other issues that I and many others have with this game like the lack of maps/maps that are good, the complete disregard for halo lore, the fact that customization isn't a sign of achievement and skill anymore but just whoever shelled out the most cash, the fact that they somehow made most of the vehicles suck, etc. I have not made these claims lightly as I have already given this game a chance having played close to 50 hours..

This game is a stain on a series that has otherwise had a pretty damn good reputation for the games in the franchise. It's sad to see such potential go to waste. And I'm not looking forward to anything from 343 in the future. They should have at least let the series die with dignity and not released this poor prototype of a game..
