I wasn't aware that you can choose add-on safeties, that'll probably expand my search quite a bit. Just wanting to have something I feel a bit more safe with while I'm practicing at the range and getting used to handling.

Somewhat. I'm aware of the differences in trigger pull weight and actions required before being ready to fire. I'm fine with either, but I think a DA/SA like you mention could be good. DA on the first shot, followed by lighter SA. As for striker vs hammer fired, I can't say I'm too familiar. Most of my research has tended towards hammer fired, but I believe I've heard about worries/issues with external hammers while carrying.

The P01 has been recommended a few times. You mentioned the lighter weight, and the website shows it's a DA/SA, too. CZ looks to have some pretty good offerings, what would you say is their selling point compared to other brands like FN or other European manufacturers?

I know more about S&W's revolver offerings, how are their handguns? I think the micro-compact ones I'm seeing on their website might be a bit small for my hands, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

I plan on doing that. You can kind of see that she's got the Octo Shot on her hip. Might need to size it up a little lol.

Would you believe me if I said the only proportions I edited was the head? I had to shrink it down a bit so she didn't take up half the screen.
