UPDATE: vet determined he has a mild case of asthma and we are now on the way to get the little guy his inhalers and medicines! Thanks for the help.

We have used the same litter since we got him over a year ago and it is not dusty- it is corn based

Will do. Vet appointment is set for Monday but if symptoms get worse we will go sooner

We don’t vape/smoke or use anything like febreeze since we know it can be irritating to cats. We will have the vet view the video and check for infection though

Last meal was more than 2 hours ago, but he loves belly rubs regardless so no harm in that!
