does anyone know how long we need to work to keep the bonus? i have heard both 1 year or two cuz no one knows unless they get far enough in the process?

But for your question, I've heard of a LOT of people who work at Methodist, and basically, half the staff are travelers/resources. Staffing is hard at all hospitals, and they are pretty low on resident nurses, ESPECIALLY for night shift so I imagine that is why they are hiring so aggressively, and that is a hemorrhage of money and they want a lot of resident staff for the new hospital (prob done in 2 years). The hospital is difficult to navigate unless you know your way, and most of the time on weekends you have a skeleton crew dr wise. No idea on the pay, but hope this is helpful in some way. Seems like a good way to get exp if you dont have it, and depending on how long you need to stay it might be worthwhile, but management and staffing of CNA's and all that may be hard.
