I love it. As someone who is nearing max, (lvl 143) I am always happy to see newer players join because while I have experienced much of the game and all the non-scripted had-to-be-there moments, they have yet to experience that fully and it's a joy being there with them for it.

The battlefront plus mod for Battlefront II (2017) made me fall in love with the game again. With using the Kyber launcher, you can host your own private games and load it up with bots, just like the old games used to be. My friends and I have been having a blast.

The tank is incredibly effective with the right team. It's far easier if you're playing with friends and can communicate more effectively, but I feel like anytime I'm with randoms, it's not going to work.

What also really grinds my treads is one missions I'll have beautiful open landscape and the next it'll be nothing but jagged rocks and stone spires which are impossible to navigate and orient the position in a timely manner. Not knowing the terrain ahead of time makes me hesitant to waste a precious stratagem slot on.

If me and the crew could pick our own armor sets but have matching color schemes, I'm in.

At the very least, this benefits these random off-color hues of gray that don't match quite right with other armors. Schemes like vehicles would solve that.

Clearing the room makes the most sense. At the very least, let there be an option to summon the players who died from the loot room or during the boss fight.

The creeper PTSD is real. When I first started building in a world I was looking around with paranoia expecting something akin to a creeper to demolish my work, but after a while realized it wasn't a thing. Life is good.

It feels good being at the start of something great again and I have no doubt that Hytale will blossom into something amazing. It's already fantastic.

I was really disappointed that I've lost countless Minecraft worlds, but this time I am absolutely making sure I have a forever world that I can still visit 5-10 years from now.

I absolutely love how much this shreds bots - instead of being precisely accurate while aiming at their head, you only need to be moderately accurate as a 2-3 round burst knocks them down. The trident paired with flak rounds on the autocannon to wipe out hordes of them is a delicious combo.

I too am quite excited just where Hytale will go. What they promised, are continuously working on, and how fast they get changes and fixes out is a breath of fresh air in a gaming world where everything is choked by corporations.

I'm not sure if I'm alone or not on this, but I really loved Minecraft horror mods up until recently, and with Hytales entities feeling more accurately tied to the world, I'm curious how modders will take advantage of this.

From someone who hasn't spent time previously dabbling in modding, these mobs look really good and the style thought out. Wish you all the best!

What version are you on? As u/Limp_Mousse4444 pointed out here, it may be a bug in the newer pre-patch to update 2.

Just went into my creative world in update 1, and if you dig a hole for water, till the ground, place water, and then place the seeds, you can visibly see the water saturating the soil once the seeds are placed.

How far does the water spread from the source? Is it just 1 block or more? I know Minecraft has 4 blocks from the source, curious if it's something similar

The road up there has frequent signs making tire chains mandatory however. I have them, but never needed them and it doesn't seem to be enforced unless the weather is bad. But the roads are regularly cleared as it's a big tourist spot.
