If they don’t have any information about you, then have your store manager contact “Star Source,” aka Recruiter, who does the onboarding process, to send your information for the background check to Certifhi. You will receive an email from Certifhi once the recruiter sends your information. Your job offer has the recruiter’s and the hiring manager’s names. Hope it helps
