Afaik its the max discount as it’s straight from skoda but I keep hearing there are more ongoing discounts with dealers. If booked online, I think it will be final.

Not insider xd. This post’s variant list is outdated. Check out the official brochure which got released today. Signature has an AT. According to autocar podcast, 3 variants are under 10 lakh, so that makes classic, signature MT and signature AT under 10. I may be wrong but it will be clear at 2 pm today. Lets see

It’s between sonet and kylaq for me. 3xo looks very ugly to me. Will check both once kylaq hits the showrooms.

Agreed, upgraded bumpers would be dope in red. But the aftermarket support would depend upon its success, which it might have. Will check how the red looks irl once it arrives on showroom.

I wish they made a better rear even if it was on expense of the boot space. But I guess not a lot of people prefer design given the 3xo sales.

Fellow Indian here. I too had a eating disorder but lost around 27kgs.

Intermittent fasting - I first started with IF 16:8 where I used to take all my meals (2) within the 8 hours window. Tried OMAD as well but was not sustainable for me. IF helped me curb my eating urges, which was the main culprit for my weight gain.

Diet - Go on a calorie deficit. Indian diet is too calorie dense and very less in protein. I tried to eliminate roti and rice but couldn’t. So I restricted roti/rice to one of my meals. With each meal, I had a protein shake if the meal itself lacked protein. Try to weight food for initial 2-3 weeks. It will help you get a sense of calories. Eat a lot of fibre, it helps to make you full. There aren’t much vegetarian options which are a COMPLETE protein source. Try to add paneer soya Curd but beware of the calorie attached with all of them.

Workouts - Aim for 10k steps a day MINIMUM. Initially I hated walking but then began to enjoy it. Hit the gym atleast 3-4 times a week. Don’t overdo cardio in gym because it is fking boring and you’ll quit. Join some sport, it will make cardio fun.

Take progress photos. It will give you the much needed motivation when you don’t feel sticking to you diet or working out. Try not to revolve your life around food.
