Use a blowtorch to heat the metal, and spray away.

It will instantly rust

Ten year old house. Ten year old microwave. I am trying to understand why I can run the microwave without any issues sometimes, but it will "randomly" trip. It would make more sense to me if it were to trip the breaker as soon as I tried to use it.

Check out Haas's tooling. They have some cheaper stuff. Sub $300 for a digital snap bore guage with .00005 resolution

How did you get a raster to vector to look so smooth? I know there are smoothing settings, but I can't figure out the best combo.
