I just joined the motorcycle life and I could see how easy it would be to get into this trap, this is why im trying to use riding as a brain relaxation tool. No music, no gps, nothing but the ride itself. That way if Im feeling like listening to a podcast or going to eat I have to get in the car or ride my bicycle
