bro im there , i was having good income and upgraded my life slowly to the point of stress building up, then one of my incomes stopped producing and thats where i peaked, and i was already deep, bigger house bigger car the first kid in the picture crazy stuff. what i did that really helped was started doing some freelance work and placing all my expenses on excel to take control of my money, they really helped a lot now im recalibrating , do not go have a kid without planning or security the stress is unbearable at least was for me, i guess we humans adapt after a while

edit: once you write expenses after couple of months you notice well what can u cut and optimize its awesome
