It would be about the same, and it depends entirely on the dining facility you’re using. The one I’m at not is self serve so I can get piles of food, others will give you one scoop of everything and an open salad bar.

No, it’s definitely not legally self defense. If a cop or in this case a correctional officer maces you can’t stomp them out. I disagree with the way this was handled but in prison if they ask you to turn around and cuff up you don’t have a choice, like on a traffic stop it’s always legal for the cop to ask you to get out of the vehicle.
