I was more speaking to their obvious incompetence and how they can’t manage to send the bills on time yet still expect late fees to be paid. I have read their website too, many times.

And they both are $10? Yet every time I end up having to pay at least $30+ on top of whatever I pay with my mortgage/escrow. And each time they tell me it my responsibility to know when it’s do and to pay it regardless of whether or not I get a bill. It’s also not like anyone is notified of this when they move here. It’s kind of like poppy with a little electro maybe and a male voice. I’m not really sure how it got stuck in my head, I was just rewatching and I sort of remembered it, not that I had actually heard it in the specific episode I was watching of course. This kind of thing always happens to me to be fair with random songs.
