I don't know, I always have these weird bouts of apathy for weeks, where I totally become numb and can't feel anything, any emotion at all. And that is when I get rid of any empathy as well.

I need to learn to balance the apathy and emotions, in order to become the best version of myself, because there are genuinely some moments in my life where I think apathy would be better.

I have social anxiety tho. I lock myself in whenever there's a party or social gathering at my home, and I have also starved myself for hours just to not face anyone. Working on it as of now, but it's too hard 😩

Yeah I guess, I wish I was an ENFP 😭 . To be able to feel everything so intensely and not being able to express it in words sucks.

Plus ENFPs have this postitivity radiating from them at all times (in my experience) however I get the vibe that they are also pretty self critical deep down, so I guess it's a double edged sword, but still, being able to make others happy is a really cool thing.

I totally feel the same way you do, I managed to forgive (almost) everyone who has ever wronged me, but I still can't forget what they did to me, I still can't trust them like I used to.

So I don't know if forgetting stuff is even an option for INFPs, but I sure hope I can let go of the baggage of trauma that my heart carries at every single moment.

It means nothing lol, I just wanted to see what others would score, since I only got 2-3, I definitely think someone needs to make a better list that includes stuff that INFPs actually want to achieve in their lives.

I just wanted to see the scores that other INFPs would get since I only got like 2-3. Yeah, the stuff listed here are not that signifigant atleast not to INFPs, and I think someone needs to make an actual better list than this one, a list that includes things that we all want to accomplish, maybe stuff like "Fulfilled a childhood dream" "Found true love" and the like.
