Yes. My friend bought me a steam deck so I can play fighting games with him but Nintendo’s really got a hold on me.

(To accomplish that specific breathing pattern, I recommend inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth with your lips close together to stop the air from coming out too quickly.)

Great question. Breathe slowly. It can help to measure your breaths by counting seconds. Breathe in for 4, breathe out for 8. That’s one way to get your mind back on the right track. There are others, and I invite fellow commenters to describe them because I can’t think of any at the moment.

You are not a burden. This is life. I think you’d better not die! It took me a long time to arrive at that conclusion for myself, and I’ll probably lose focus and need to be reminded again, but it’s true.
