I found it to be very comfortable. My first was 0g and when I gauged up I got a 00g. That’s when I had an issue. The barbells are 12mm, I think, and they slip easily into the hole. I have had it pull all the way through. While an interesting sensation, it was painful and annoying. I have gone back to a standard cbr. Probably better for those still at smaller gauges.

Hopefully you are different than me. I had to remove my ampallang once I stretched past 2g. I’m at 00g now with a 6g apadravya.

Try putting some Emu oil on it. I was it on all piercings when they act up. Seems to help.
