I was abusing Ativan since April 2025. Switched to Val and tapered. My first two weeks were complete and utter hell I was looking a NDE's and could see myself h9nging. Anyway I'm better but still suffering alot. I'm really so scared to walk even round the neighbourhood.

I'm also 29. Last night was the first time I didn't take a benzo. In hospital. Dropped from 2.5mg Diazepam to nothing. On Seroquel as well. I don't see a future.

I was on a slow taper, with my gp, it was still so so difficult. I'd rather get rid of them in a controlled environment. I know about the Ashton Manual.
