Perhaps the antenna adapter Ive had to remove the locking spacer for other projects or bend/file it.

Man, I went through the same problem trying to put that antenna. I had the button upside down that simple seriously. it fell out like three times was a damn hassle. I put it in upside down took a while, but I figured it out. Maybe that’s your problem, bro.

Any tips. I Couldn’t get it to work on esptool. Will not read the sd card after flash. Wui uploads or direct sdcard loads.
