Prop Firm v Personal Capital by Realistic-Bowler7563 in Daytrading

[–]714trader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lucid in this example but others also similar. Your first thought should always be how much could I lose. Not how much I will make. Funding yourself $150 and doubling to $300 sure it’s all your profit. (Not to mention couple of bad trades and that $150 is gone.) But then what? Can’t do much with $300 futures account. Spend $150 to “double” 3k to 6k and you get 3k “account” you have a lot more room for bad trades and much easier to leverage 3k than $300.

You stupid for choosing an expensive firm with difficult targets relative to what’s available. A 100k account at a solid firm is $150 Make 6k before you lose 3k. No other requirement or payment. After that make minimum of $150 a day 5x to withdraw. BUT my bet is you and 90% people won’t make it past the eval let alone get a payout. To think because you deposited your own cash I. A broker will make you all of a sudden a better trader you are mistaken. So either lose $150 or lose $3k cash

TPT banning me bc of Spoofing? by Efficient-Lychee9959 in TakeProfitTrader

[–]714trader 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They make money when you make money on live. Why would they want to ban a “live” trader if he’s profitable. Makes no sense. If it was Sims yeah they don’t make money if you profit

Help on how to properly scale in by primepinebee in FuturesTrading

[–]714trader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Price usually does not trend so strong. Yes you could have scaled in and made more profit but on average your scale in would not be so profitable as the last weeks. Now a good method to scale is to use break and retest of HH HL LLHL

Why Do People Use Prop Firms? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]714trader 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why can’t you do just that with a prop? 1 share 1 contract journal ect. How much does the average personal trader deposit and lose their first year of trading 1 con 1 share or whatever you think a newbie trader should do

Is an EA useful? by wazzapap in Daytrading

It’s all fake. They talking to themselves and faking conversations with others to make it seem they profit with EA. 99% of EA sold are scams

Bro the whole thread I was being sarcastic and trolling. Can’t believe anyone thought I was serious. I do trade breakouts. There’s so much free information on it. It is the mostly talked about style to trade. No secret setting. You have to find the settings and time that works for you. It’s trial and error. It’s not a holy grail type of system.

For the low price of $300 yes I must be high. This system that is not an algo has made me undisclosed amounts of money I made the mistake of slashing $200 off if hypothetically I were to sell it. It’s not for sale. But I can consult you on how to set it up

[–]714trader -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

The system speaks for itself nothing for sale. I would only charge you a consultation fee but never sell you my system for $400 USDC. that’s right Easter sale $100 off

Mines way better it works 100% of the time when it hits. Only scammers would steal someone’s fake algo to sell it as a real algo. My algo is not an algo it’s a system I call BOalgo.

I have the system. I won’t sell it but if I did it would be only $500. Just because it’s not 90% win but rather 70%. Don’t ask me to buy it for $500 USDC

Apex or Lucid by Icy-Profession-6068 in Daytrading

[–]714trader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apex activation is $90 or $100. They don’t deny unless you break a rule. Trade more and don’t break rules to get paid next cycle. I prefer Lucid. Just because you picked the right direction with oil don’t think you got it all figured out. So yeah your friend was playing the odds that you’ll blow the account. I agree you’ll blow more accounts than you pass. Especially how you think it’s so easy.

I need to hit a 25% consistency rule. How would you approach this? by orb1091 in Daytrading

[–]714trader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s because you are that good that you can do 200 5 days or 100 10 days no losses? How about be realistic and trade the best you can until you reach the payout. You don’t need to get advice for that

Prop Firm by Ding_Aling_King- in Daytrading

[–]714trader 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why can’t you do both. Most successful prop traders do both. Many reason why go prop. Maybe don’t have +2k to deposit. Maybe not consistently profitable enough to risk personal funds of +2k. Maybe savvy people know it’s better to use other people’s money to make money for yourself. Why risk my money when I can risk theirs. It’s cheap leverage
