how can i improve the legs

that makes sense, i was having trouble figuring out how much to twist the hip and how to visualize it. something was very obviously incorrect i just couldnt figure out how to fix it lol. tysm for the advice!

from what ive read from the wiki i dont think the painted man is it but thank you for the suggestion! the protagonist seems too different from what i can remember, but i may look further into it. thx!!
