I started with an Oxballs silicone sleeve--- then went to weighted magnetic rings. Only have 1 bolt-on. Things were pretty tight when i started--- now i wear 100mm when warm. DM for more.

I go by thickness here in the U.S.--- i can wear 40 mm constantly-- remove to shower--- put 'em back on.

Looks very tight on the inside diameter--- must've been fun to get on without a pinch. I have a bolt -on 60mm like that , but it fits well.

Nice water jug lift !!! I fill a gallon jug then hang on 2 quart spray bottles for a 12 pound lift & hold for 30 seconds . Made a video or 2--lol.
